agent-proxy-statusreads quota headers by provider, never by magnitude. Anthropic's are fractions (0.29; 1.01 when over the limit) and Codex's are percents ("100"). It printed Anthropic's 1.01 as "1%" while the account was over its limit. Past 100% the table now saysOVER, and such an account isn't counted in theeligible:line, which notes "(n over limit)".--jsonkeeps the raw header values and addsshort_window_pct,weekly_pctandover_limit; a reading that is not a finite number (NaN, Infinity, an overflow) isnull, so the JSON stays valid.- The dispatcher (
eligibleFamilies) andagent-recover's pool check no longer count an account past its limit (over_limit) as eligible; one shared rule (accountEligible). An older status tool without the field still counts.
